Open rubber hose left hanging near transmission oil pan. What is it?

That little bit of hose with the clamps on it looks to me like part of the transmission breather setup. Yours might have come adrift. Is it connected to anything? Do you have other pictures of it?
The aircon plenum drains were just a rubber hose sticking through the side of the transmission tunnel with no clamps.
